Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This contract is concluded under the following terms between VERSAGE GIDA ve TURIZM LTD. STI. (hereinafter referred to as "the seller") and the customer who signed the contract (hereinafter referred to as "the buyer").

2. Subject

The seller sells the following products to the buyer, and the buyer purchases these products. The details and prices of the products are specified in the order form of the products selected by the buyer.

3. Delivery

The seller undertakes to deliver the products to the delivery address specified by the buyer within the specified delivery time. In case of any delay or damage during delivery, the buyer must notify the seller and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

4. Payment Terms

The buyer undertakes to pay according to the payment method specified in the order form. The prices of the products are calculated based on the prices specified in the order form. Payment can be made before or at the time of delivery of all products.

5. Return and Cancellation Terms

The buyer has the right to return the purchased products within 30 days after receiving them. However, the returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. For the return process, the buyer must notify the seller with a return request and act according to the return procedures. If the buyer wants to cancel the ordered products before delivery, they must notify the seller with a cancellation request as soon as possible. However, the cancellation must be made before the products are shipped.

6. Warranty and Responsibilities

The seller guarantees the quality and function of the products sold. The warranty period may vary depending on the type and brand of the product. The seller is responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the delivery of the products. The buyer undertakes to use the products purchased in accordance with the law and to assist the seller in fulfilling its obligations arising from this contract.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding this contract, the parties will first seek to find a solution through negotiation and settlement. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in the local courts.

8. Execution

This agreement enters into force with the mutual consent of the parties.
